When we try to enable Klarna as a payment method within our Stripe dashboard, we get the error: “gravity forms by rocketgenius has blocked configuration of this payment method”.
We are using the official Stripe add-on plugin for Gravity forms, and have run into some trouble enabling Klarna.
We are trying to activate Klarna as a payment method inside of Stripe, so it shows within our form where we have our Stripe payment element. According to the documentation from the Stripe 5.0 add-on this should be possible: https://www.gravityforms.com/blog/stripe-add-on-v5-0-release/
A payment method may be blocked by us when we do not have the ability to test it fully. You can try to allow Klarna by using one of the two filters listed here:

Thank you for the answer. I managed to get a response from support who explained the documentation at https://www.gravityforms.com/blog/stripe-add-on-v5-0-release/ was actually wrong. I really hope they update it as this is quite annoying to be misled like this to be honest.
