The item or product name is not showing up in PayPal. We have PayPal Payments Pro add-on installed, and ever since we installed Gravity Forms, this information has never been passed on to PayPal. We’ve disabled all other plugins and the theme, and still no product name goes to PayPal. Gravity Forms support says the information is being passed to PayPal, while PayPal says they are not receiving the information. We have another plugin (Event Espresso) which also uses PayPal, and the product details appear without any problems, leading me to believe that it is probably a Gravity Forms problem.
I’m not sure what else to try, and I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue?
