Issues with Exporting Entries - Export Rules Not Followed?

Hi all,

I just tried exporting a month of data, selected April 1st to April 30th, and for conditional logic chose to only include “Complete” entries (we use the partial entry add-on) AND only those where a certain field was above a certain value (this is a lead score, essentially).

For some reason, it seems to be failing on every account. I double checked the date range, but it’s only sending from the 19th to the 30th, and there are many entries between April 1st and 18th to pull from…

Additionally, it doesn’t seem to be discriminating at all between complete entries and incomplete entries… The export is a mix of both.

Lastly, the conditional logic is not working for the lead score field either…

Any idea what’s going on here…?
