Dear community!
The information about the form is missing from the entries, maybe I just don´t see it.
Either here /wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_entries or when I view a distinct entry I cannot tell, from which contact form it comes from.

On both the entries list and detail pages the title of the current form is displayed in the form switcher drop down on the toolbar below the Gravity Forms header.
When viewing the entry detail page you can also find the form title next to the entry id just above the first field value.
