How to update two fields of existing entry via API/Zapier?

Hello,

I’d like to update a few field of an existing entry via API/Zapier? Can I do this via Webhook in Zapier?

I guess the first step is to define the form id and then lookup for the entry id and then the field id (i.e. Gravity Form id is 1, the entry id is 30 and the field id is 70).

What is the best solution?
