How to prevent an approved/disapproved entry from being edited

Hi all, I have setup different notifications for the form submission and the notification will triggered based on the approval status.

If approved - trigger notification A
If disapproved - trigger notification B
As default, the approval status will be unread (a.k.a pending approval).

If staff set the submission to approve and how to prevent the staff change the approval status?

I’m not sure if Advanced Permissions by CosmicGiant supports making fields non-editable conditionally but @travislopes will know for sure. :+1:

Advanced Permissions supports user roles in conditional logic, including showing/hiding form fields, notifications, confirmations.

If the Approval Status is set as a form field, you can set that to only be visible to a Staff role.
