I have created a Survey with Likert - the issue is with the label is not display when view in the mobile responsive. Attached screen shot.
This is the view in the web standard view.

If on mobile you don’t see the labels on your site, there is conflicting CSS somewhere probably changing the font color or hiding them. I recommend using these steps to check for conflicts on your site:
I recommend starting with the theme since that is the most likely source of the conflict.
