How do I make the BACK button different in appearance than the NEXT button

On a multi-page form:
I’m a beginner learning a little CSS and tried the plugin Styles & Layouts Gravity Forms, but when I make the change, both buttons Back and Next get changed.

I’m trying to make the Back button smaller in width than the Next button
and the Next button background color red and leave the Back button
background color blue.
