I get this error not always with a form that has a file upload.
Error: -200, Message: HTTP Error.,
Its crazy as sometimes it works and sometimes not ?!
Any ideas?

A -200 error happens when your web server is blocking the upload for some reason. I tried your Upload field with different .pdf, .doc, and .docx files and it always worked fine for me.
I would recommend you to contact with your host support for assistance, they should know what to check and how to fix the issue.
