Having the Same form twice on 1 page - Required Fields applies to Both Forms [RESOLVED]

Hi there. I have created a form and embedded that form on the top and at the bottom of a page. The problem I am experiencing is when I test the top form by filling in the fields, I get a required fields error preventing the form from being submitted even though I enter all required fields. I notice both the top form

and bottom form show remove what I inputted and states I have not entered required fields.

But if I remove the 2nd form, everything works perfectly. Is there anyway to have the same form appear more than once on a given page?

Embedding a form more than once in the same page is not supported. You will want to duplicate the form from the Forms list, then update your page to use one instance of each form.
