Gravity Forms to Office 365 Excel

would like to create an automation that any new entry will automatically go to excel spreadsheet

just like Zapier, but without using Zapier

Can you do this job? cost and timeframe please?

This is possible using the Power Automate add-on which will allow you to do it all entirely within Microsoft’s own technology stack. If you check licensing it’s likely you already have some usage of Power Automate included with your Excel license.
