We have a form that needs to collect a customers signature which works as expected on desktop, however the field seems disabled on mobile devices. It does not allow you to sign the form. This has been tested in both Safari and Chrome.
For testing, we tried it on both the 2025 and 2024 themes as well as deactivated every plugin except Gravity Forms and Gravity Forms Signature Add-On. That did not work either.
Any suggestions?

I tried to reproduce the issue, but it’s worked fine on my Android phone. Are you having the issue on iOS or Android too? If so, are you using the latest version of Signature addon which is v4.9.0? If not, then upgrade to the latest version.

Thanks for looking into this. The current versions are:
Gravity Forms: 2.9.31
Gravity Forms Signature Add-On: 4.9.0
It does seem to be an iOS issue as it does not work on multiple iPhones that we’ve tested but does work on an Android.

You can try this signature I developed should work on all devices ,it works on apple device, it is fresh take on signature addon.
