Gravity forms Advanced Post Creation Add on: Update Post, if form entry is updated

I am using Advanced post creation addon to create a post, if form is submitted by the user and this feature is working fine.
Now i need a bit more advanced functionality. I want to update the created post, if form entry is updated. Can somebody tell me how can i do this. Is there any hook or filter that i can use to update a post of form entry update.
