Google Anaytics -> Virtual Pages -> Custom Variables

On Settings → Google Analytics → Virtual Pages → Custom Variables

I want to add a Name and Value to all of the Pages of my Form.
It is the same Name and Value for all of them. (For each Form)

Is there a way to Bulk add it? Cause I have many forms with many pages.
Adding one bye one is so slow.
