Getting Error message: :TO address in invalid"

Hi team, I have gravity forms set up and I am getting the following error message.

WordPress was unable to send the notification email. Cannot send email because the TO address is invalid.

I thought it was impacting 1 client but it appears to be all clients who sign up. Any ideas how to fix this? I disabled the ‘gravity forms convert kit’ plugin…

Are you sure the correct merge tag or field is mapped to the send to setting on the notification configuration page, and that the field is set as required in the form editor?
