We have multi-page forms on a website. We have had a couple of reports of users who are part way through completing the form being taken to the start of the form, and all their data is missing. We use the partial entries plugin, and I cannot see the data for the their entry, so it appears as though the data they entered is all getting reset. The instances of when this happens seems to be after 30-60 mins filling out a form. But we have been unable to replicate this ourselves, and it does not affect everyone.
Has anyone else encountered such an issue? We are not really sure where to look for a possible cause.
