Hi, sorry I had to make a new account as the developer that bought and installed in the form into the website has gone awol, so I have no login details.
We have gform with the capsule crm addon, but the only information being sent are the standard ones - first name, last name, email. I cannot add any custom fields, such as Post Tags. Any advice?
Hi Wayne. The simplest way to begin troubleshooting is to enable Gravity Forms logging: https://docs.gravityforms.com/logging-and-debugging/#h-enabling-logging
Then, test the form. Finally, check the Forms → Settings → Logging page and view the Capsule CRM log. It should be clear from the log what is happening with the submission, but if not, share a link to the log file here, and we’ll help you figure it out. Don’t disable logging because that will delete the log files and you’ll need to start over.
