Form not displaying on page unless cursor is on the page

Hello,

I need help with the form on the following page:

https://reedmigraine.com/reed-migraine-centers-patient-information-webinar/

The form only loads if the cursor is actually on the page. If the cursor is on the web browser’s toolbar, the form does not load until I move the cursor to where it is actually on the web page. I have been able to replicate this issue on both Google Chrome and Safari.

Any advice on how to resolve this strange behavior would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Katherine. Please first check for theme and plugin conflicts on the site:

If you don’t find anything, test the form in the form preview and see if it appears there. If it does, and there is no conflict, you likely have some invalid HTML/markup on the page where the form is embedded. Please use something like this to validate your page’s HTML:
