File uploads not working on iOS

Hi!

I’m working on a client website, on this site we have a form with two multi-file upload fields, which work fine on all browsers on desktop, work fine on Android cross browser and work somewhat on iOS, described below:

When uploading a file with either Take Photo or Choose Files, that file will, as intended, upload to the form and show beneath the field, however when adding a file using the Photo Library option, the upload does not take place.

Anyone experienced this and have a fix, or is this a bug?

We are receiving reports of this as well but have not been able to recreate this. We have tried all three upload options. Every failing upload shows origin_response_status = 500 as well as the user being on a mobile device.

We have verified that it is not a file size issue. We also have attempted to upload the same file as the users who experienced an error and have been unsuccessful. Were you able to have any luck in investigating this further?
