This indicates that the server hosting your site does not have the PHP Document Object Model classes enabled. If you look at your GF system report, you should see xml or dom under the listed PHP Loaded Extensions.

These classes and their methods are required by Gravity Forms and numerous other WordPress plugins.

You’ll need to contact your web host and ask them to enable the xml or dom module for your site.
