I’m not looking for a specific solution as much as a service provider who can assist with a myriad of challenges I have - being a non-dev.

Sounds good. Shoot me a message if you have need and we’ll see if I can help. I have gotten good at troubleshooting, implementing AJAX that queries the database, on click/change JavaScripts/jQuery, Gravity APIs, custom Gravity PDFs, ect.
