I’m currently using Gravity Forms 2.10.5 and everything is working correctly. This is how it should work:
As soon as I updated to Gravity Forms 3.0.2, it stopped submitting all forms. The date picker no longer expands when clicked, and the phone number, despite having a mask, isn’t being respected, saying it’s being entered incorrectly. It also stopped applying custom CSS; I understand the classes change, but I haven’t looked into that yet, since if it’s not working.
Furthermore, the reCAPTCHA add-on version 2.2.2 stops working completely with this version of Gravity, causing a form that only contains email, comments, and a checkbox to fail entirely. Therefore, I had to deactivate it.
I have several open support tickets, but none of them have received a response. I’ve been told that Gravity Forms doesn’t work with WP Rocket, which has been working on this website for about three years.
If anyone could lend a hand, I’d really appreciate it, as support hasn’t said anything despite me having an Elite license.
Thank you very much.
