Dynamically reduce max quantity based on entries in database

Hi,

Is there a way to dynamically reduce a quantity max field based on what was submitted already? For example, we’re having a Teacher Appreciation breakfast and would like parents to donate various items. Each item we only need a max quantity (ie 10 cases of water, 5 juices, etc).

How do I get GF to check how many quantities have been registered previously by other parents for each item so it can reduce the quantity needed?

Hi Steve,

My guess here is that you could use either Limit Submissions Perk or Gravity Forms Inventory.

If you need to check how many quantities have been registered by other parents, you would probably be better using Gravity Forms Inventory.
