When I drag and drop a file on the ‘drag and drop’ zone, I want to get just filename. I don’t want to upload a file on server. Then, I want to separate filename by ‘_’ and put each text on each list’s column.

The use case described can’t be done using Gravity Forms built-in features. Looks like you’re using a Gravity Wiz add-on maybe? If so I would recommend you to reach Gravity Wiz support for advice.
