Hello, i have a problem to generate a running number for a receipt. i have several categories eg. event, fees. the number will start with “event/01”, and for fee will start with “fee/01”. the next entries for event will be “event/02”. please help

The Gravity Wiz team have a perk called Unique ID which has a sequential numbering feature. You can also add a prefix before the sequential number.
Thank you so much for your help. Just one question, how i want to call the value of unique ID. Like the other field, im just using “$_POST[‘input_1’]”. but doesn’t work for unique ID field.

Just so you know, the ID value generated with the GP Unique ID perk is created after the form is submitted to ensure its uniqueness. Unfortunately, I am not really following your use case, but if it’s not possible with the perk as it is, we may be able to get it working with some custom snippet.
