Coupons Add-On - No forms listed [RESOLVED]

When attempting to add a new coupon code for Gravity Forms, the list of forms never appears. Video available here.

What I’ve Attempted

  • Updated all plugins, themes, and WordPress
  • Disabled all plugins except for Gravity Forms and the Coupons add-on
  • Disabled all themes except for the Twenty Twenty default theme
  • Created a new empty form just to see if it could trigger something, it did not

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Click Forms in the WordPress admin dashboard sidebar
  2. Click Coupons
  3. Click Add New

Active Plugins

  • Gravity Forms
  • Gravity Forms Coupons Add-On

Active Themes

  • Twenty Twenty

Hi Greg. We’ll need more information. Can you check the network tab in the developer console and see if there is a 500 Error?

Also, can you share your system report here?

Not seeing any 500 errors in the network tab.

The site is using an old version of the coupons add-on which isn’t compatible with the installed version of Gravity Forms. You need to update to the latest version of the add-on, 3.0.

Oh, that makes sense. Thank you @richardw8k.

Is there any way to only purchase the Coupons add-on while remaining on the basic plan? This client has been using the add-on for a while now, but I don’t see any option to update within WordPress.

Hi Greg. The Coupons Add-On is available only to Elite license holders. It’s not available for purchase separately. You won’t be able to update to the latest release or download the software without an Elite license. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
