There is a form on https://themortgagecop.org
It’s called “Are you looking to purchase or refinance a home?” There is a button “I want to purchase” and another button to the right of it labeled “I want to refinance”. Above the buttons are is a purchase image and to the right a refinance button. I would like to do a form using this style. I looked on youtube and on the gravityforms.com website and can’t see anything that resembles that form. Is it possible to do that type of form? Please see attached screenshot
