I am listening for a form submit to fire an “identify” for my CDP. It works on other forms, but for conversational forms, it doesn’t seem to work. I’m wondering if it’s not using the HTML for submit logic like other forms? If not, what do I need to hook on to grab the event and send my identify data to my CDP?
So, I submitted a ticket on this as well more than 2 days ago, but have not received a response. As a paying customer, I’d appreciate a response. Being ignored while being blocked by GravityForms is quite frustrating.
