Confirmation Redirect works on one form but not the other

I’ve been looking at this for a while and cannot see what I’m doing wrong. I’ve set up the confirmation to redirect to a link for a pdf. It works fine on one landing page but not the other. Any ideas?

Hi Karen. I recommend opening a support ticket for this issue. They will likely need to gather the form exports from you, which is not easy to do in the community forums.
