Chained Selects Formatting Issue - Cant select field size

Hi all,

I am trying to use chained selects and and having a difficult time trying to figure out how to change the formatting of the fields. I have uploaded the file and it is working correctly, but when trying to get the field sizes to show up with the same length as the other fields, it simply doesnt work. Does anyone have any idea how to change it?

Hi Guy. Can you please export the form (instructions here) and attach that and the CSV for your chained select field to an email sent to chris@rocketgenius.com ? I can take a look with those two items. Thank you.
