Having a problem with a client’s site that’s hosted on godaddy. When I click on any individual entries in the admin I get a 404. The link to view an entry looks like:
admin.php?page=gf_entries&view=entry&id=3&lid=4700&order=ASC&filter=&paged=1&pos=1&field_id=&operator=
That brings me to a 404. Any ideas?
Based on our experience and the details of the issue I would recommend you to perform a full conflict test. Due to the nature of the issue, in this case you need to perform the conflict test manually following all the steps described here: Testing for a Theme/Plugin Conflict - Gravity Forms Documentation
Note that for a valid conflict test, as the documentation explains, the first try must be done with only Gravity Forms enabled, all other plugins disabled, and using a default WordPress theme without custom code (e.g. Twenty Twenty-One).
If you don’t feel comfortable doing this in the live site, you will want to create a staging clone for testing. I’m sure your host would be able to assist you with this task.
If you’re still getting the 404 error even when all the third-party stuff is disabled, you will want to reach your host support for further assistance checking the server side of things.
