Cannot resubmit the form after pressing back-button (Chrome + Win10)

I have a form where in a specific browser + OS, Chrome on Windows 10, after I submit, I get to the confirmation page. Then I press back, choose a different option, but when I press submit again, nothing happens.

It’s fine on the same computer using Edge, and on macos with all browsers I tried.

The developer console has no errors or messages when clicking submit. Just nothing seems to happen.

What other info is relevant? Has anyone seen this happen?
