We are using the Authorize.net plugin. And we recently switched from a custom solution to working with Gravity Forms.
Through hooks I am able to pass in my custom merchant defined fields. However, some fields are not needed and I can’t seem to find a way to prevent them from showing up. The fields in question are:

If that notification is being sent by Authorize.Net, I recommend reaching out to them to see what control you have over that receipt. If you don’t have enough control there, you can uncheck the box “Send Authorize.Net email receipt” on the Authorize.Net feed, and set up a Gravity Forms notification to be sent upon submission.
