I have a Gravity form that allows users to request test forms we need to send to them. I do this by having a check box control with each item listed (there are approximately 30 of them). Currently, we are sending 3 forms per request. My issue is they would like to change this to where users can request from 1 to 10 of each form. So, for example, within the same request, a person could get 2 of form A, 8 of form B, and 4 of Form C, etc. Making each item a separate Number field is going to be a mess. Any ideas how this could be achieved? Plug in that would help? There are images below that show the current form and what I hope to achieve.
