I use a multipage form with one field per page. I assumed everyone had long forms and used pagination 
If you donāt use pagination, ignore the instruction āunder the same page breakā.
I am having success using Codeable.io. Gravity Forms also recommends Codeable.io. You can post detailed requirements there and expect a response from a developer who Codeable has vetted. Codeable also acts as the escrow.
