I’m currently working on cloning an existing form and renaming it to create a new one. I need everything to stay the same, except for the name. When I try to change the form name in the “HubSpot settings” of the Gravity Form, I get an error message that says “There was an error validating the form name. Please try saving again.” I’ve tried using different names, but none of them seem to work.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the error message I’m getting. I’m unsure if this is an issue on your side or if it’s with HubSpot because the new form name I’m trying to use shows up in our HubSpot database but not in Gravity Forms.
