We are having what seems to be the same issue as Could not add HubSpot form. Please try again later when creating a Gravityform Hubspot Feed

We have created a technical support ticket for this as well and are awaiting a response.

Of note, we can only update the HubSpot addon to version 3.0.0 at this time, however the online documentation for the addon states that there are at least three updates with changes to the addon since 3.0.0.

If anyone has any quicker solutions than waiting for the support agents, we’re all ears.

HubSpot has started to restrict which accounts can use the owner field with forms, which can cause the error you have encountered.

Please try updating to the latest HubSpot hotfix, available from your account downloads page, following the steps at How to Manually Update Gravity Forms - Gravity Forms Documentation

From the 3.0.0.1 changelog:

  • Fixed an issue where saving a feed can encounter an error for accounts that no longer support using the hubspot_owner_id field with forms.
  • Fixed an issue where using the language code from the site locale results in an error when saving a new feed on some sites.
