I do a lot of integration from GF to CRM, Mail systems.
Checkboxes look good on forms but are Useless when it is translated to CRM / Mail Systems. Besides, the mapping feature from GF is not supported for many Addons such as the Hubspot Addon.
I think a better way would be a “Tag select” field, then I can map the field to a Text Field in the CRM. This is a win all around - A better field type and no additional development needed for the Addons and I get to capture all the user selections in the CRM.
