Viewing the page source code, I noticed there are Cloudflare Rocket Loader scripts present.

Cloudflare Rocket Loader is known to cause JavaScript issues, including blocking the form submission and reCAPTCHA scripts, which can result in the form failing validation, so we generally recommend disabling it. Note: Rocket Loader has its own setting in Cloudflare, and it is not disabled automatically by enabling development mode to bypass caching.
