Save and Continue Confirmation to display in a popup modal?

Hello,

I work for a small nonprofit and I’m creating a very long form to collect in-depth data from couples who hope to adopt a child. Since it is such a long form, I want to give them several opportunities to save their information as they work on the form. I do not write code at all, but found this:

I figured out how to modify that script so that it displays in the HTML fields where I place the code.

I would like to have the Save and Continue Confirmation display in a popup modal when they click those buttons as they progress through the form. Is this possible?
