Is there any way or plugin that will allow the Gravity form’s data collected to be automatically emailed back to the visitor who had submitted the form’s original data via their email address submitted on the form.

You can duplicate the default notification from the form settings → Notifications list and customize the Send To setting to use the Email field in your form, or just create a new notification from that same page.

@sacom and would it be possible to just modify the default notification, set the TO field to the email field on the form, and add yourself as the BCC field? 
If the notifications have to be the same, it’s easier.
