Remove quotation marks around asterisk in 'required fields' form header

I’m trying to remove the quotes around the asterisk so that the form header reads:

*indicates required fields

without the quotes.

I saw some code suggested for this issue on another thread but the code didn’t work for me.

Can you please advise how I can achieve this? Thanks!
