Is it possible to remove the h2:before code in the error validation message?
I don’t like to have the ! icon in here, but i’d prefer to not use CSS to hide it.

There is no filter to hide that specifically, and because it’s added with CSS you can use CSS to remove it. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
