After addon update it is not possible to submit forms anymore. Console shows error “Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: gf_global is not defined”.
I’m unable to replicate this issue on my test site.
We’ve seen the same JavaScript error before the APC update was released, off and on for a few years now, when the form is embedded in a page using a custom embed method, usually one offered by a third-party Elementor add-on.
How is the form embedded in the page?
Running into the same issue, updating APC was breaking our forms across the site. Newspack theme, using the below content widget to display the form across posts. Deactivating Advanced Post Creation 1.6.0 fixed it.
I’ve been having the same issue yesterday with forms not submitting. When I disabled APC forms were working.

My form is in the footer of the site being embedded with GF Widget. Active here. https://nwrna.org/ in the footer, the Subscribe form. It works now that APC is disabled.
