Placing default text inside a field [RESOLVED]

I’m trying to find a way to place default text inside a field. For instance, instead of placing the word “Message” above the field, I’d like to remove that (which I know I can hide - so that’s great) but I want my users to still see the word ‘Message’, just INSIDE the text area… and then this would disappear when people begin to type.

I hope you’re doing great. To hide the field label and add a placeholder, go to Field Settings → Appearance.

Then on the Placeholder box, you could type “Message” to add the text inside the text area field. From the bottom, pick the “Hidden” option from the Field Label Visibility.

So the field label will be hidden, and the word “Message” will be inside the box, and when you start typing, it’ll disappear.
