PayPal Checkout keeps asking for same information

I’ve been trying to connect to PayPal for almost a week now, the original problem was it wanted more account information, ein and such. We went back and made sure all that information was there.

But the PayPal Checkout plugin still duns us for the same info, we get all the way through and it says “There has been a problem” and stays disconnected. Has anybody ever experienced anything like this? I’ve got the Owner contacting PayPal as they won’t talk with me. No errors in the log.

Hi James. I replied to your support ticket already, so we will continue there. I will leave this topic open in case someone in the community has any experience with this. Thank you.
