Passing Grade for Quiz is 80% - I have one showing failed and one showing passed with 80% score

The issue is that 80% should pass. I have one at 80% showing passed but another one at 80% showing failed. Here is the two - arrows in green. The red is just to cross out private info. 2024-11-12_14-32-47 - TechSmith Screencast - TechSmith Screencast

Any help would be appreciated or any ideas of what I might look at.
