Hi Everyone,

How can I send to the customer a notification with a PDF file, and the content of the PDF file is what the customer filled out.

For example,

The form looks like

Name:______
Email:______
Phone:______

The PDF attached to the notification also looks like

                     Here is Company Logo

Here are what you submit:

Name:______
Email:______
Phone:______
