Make all columns in list fields compulsory [RESOLVED]

Hi,

We’ve a number of multi column fields in our forms. When made required only 1 of the columns needs to be completed. We want all the columns to be compulsory. I wonder if we could have some help please? Not good at programming etc, so if could have an idiots guide to sorting this, including where to copy some codes we would be very grateful.
