Individual fields for street name and house number

Hi,

I am wondering if there is a way, to have individual fields for the street name and house number? Most of our forms address entries get exported into a master CLM system, which requries, the field for the street name and house number, to be seperate fields.

I tried building the address fields with single text fields, but since the address field has an active address autocomplete (GravityWiz - GP Address Autocomplete), the workaround solution, based on single text fields won’t work, as the autocomplete only works on address fields.

Using the second address line for the number won’t work either as it is still needed for additonal address info.

Is possible to have the address field split or the option to add an additional field.
